How can I develop my lower third more at 16 (if possible at all)? Cosmetic surgery off the table.

braces, look if you have any overbite or underbite or if you can get a palate expander

Neither tbh, it’s just not as wide / long as I want it to be to balance the thirds

working on your masseter might help widen, otherwise put surgery on the table or rope
