lower wisdom teeth extractions worth it?

my top wisdom teeth grew in fine my bottom ones however are struggling(brutal how my little cunt mandible cant fit but my upper jaw can), they are currently impacted and one has erupted out it looks like there could be enough room for it to live in my mouth yk but it also probably is touching my 2nd molar, ive been told by orthos to get it removed but im scared of retracting my lower third if that will happen.

I'm getting my second lower wisdom tooth removed on tuesday, I didn't see any difference after the extraction of the first one.
