Bottom 2 are impacted so I need to remove them but top 2 are growing in fine

Ortho wants to remove all 4 will this cause and sort of future recession or will it not matter a ton between removing 2 and 4 at 16y

I've been looking around org about the exact same thing and like 15% are against without any meaningful evidence and the rest are for and chat gpt also is. In my case both the upper and lower wisdom teeth are going to impact i mean look at this: And so im going to be taking all of them out but in your case I am not sure for the ones which are fine. Although I wouldn't think it would do anything to your appearance anyway.

yeah I’m pm back to normal 4 days post op no real appearance change and in your case it will hurt your appearance if you don’t get them taken out anyways

yea exactly plus I will be getting MARPE ane damon after and they won't allow me if I dont take em out so it is definitely the better option. Its just fear mongered it seems

Say bone resorption did occur from extraction, it would definitely not be immediately noticeable lol.

Either way, extracting wisdom teeth is fine, only necessary if impacted but not extracting impacted teeth WILL cause resorption in damaging the surrounding teeth and bone. Giant also maintains this point.
