Lowering bf %

So, I am currently at 147 pounds (67:feelsgah: kg) and I want to put some muscle while lowering my bf % so I can debloat my face. Should I do a diet based on a calorie deficit to maintain my weight an lower my bf % while going to the gym, or should I go up to 70 kilos and then tryna lower my bf %?
This may be low iq but I’m actually confused on what I should do

Here's what you do

Get into a 500 calorie deficit

Eat .7g of protein per lb of body weigh t

Eat a least 50g carbs 1 hour before you lift

Eat enough fat for hormones

Sleep well

You could go on a slight calorific deficit while going to the gym consistently, and you will gain a bit of muscle while losing fat.

Loll I’ve been actually wondering about it, i just don’t know if it’s worth it rn. I’m a pussy when it comes to the side effects and shit
can negate all of the sides if u run a safe cycle and take all precautions. eg hcg ptc aromasin ect

Here is what I recommend as general meal guidelines

Carb sources-potatoes, rice, and fruit are my main 3 sources however I'll eat wheat occasionally

Protein-I eat lean chicken and beef I stear clear of other fatty mono gastric animal meat

Fat-Saturated fats make up 90% of my fat consumption so butter, good animal fats, etc

Any thoughts on raw meat?
 
I'm gonna do a lengthy thread on the impact of PUFA on humanity and how it drives chronic disease and low grade inflammation.
