So, I am currently at 147 pounds (67
kg) and I want to put some muscle while lowering my bf % so I can debloat my face. Should I do a diet based on a calorie deficit to maintain my weight an lower my bf % while going to the gym, or should I go up to 70 kilos and then tryna lower my bf %?
