what are some methods for lowering estrogen / e2? I recently started on fin and I feel like my nips (could be placebo) are quite sensitive

Besides the following
- ray peat carrot salad
- DIM
- low bodyfat %

Less fat in your diet. Less microplastic. stop gooning every second nga. And excercise a lot
Nothing compared to pharma but natural is ok

Yeah this is the nuclear option, really want to avoid it though. Trying to lower naturally, im a decently high body fat % rn (like 20%), was going to wait until the summer to cut but maybe I should do it now?

Cut will start apr 1, so by the time it’s May 31 I should be close to the end, but agree it’s a lot of time. Discipline won’t be a problem, for once in my life I am locking in (hence actually starting fin after putting it off for years) I recently started the carrot salad, and will probably throw in DIM in a week or so
