minoxidil them they will get more height(in terms of like being full not like being high set), then cut the top part(and your lower parts of brows grows so you will not lose y-diagonal lenghts of your brows) so they get lower,

And face is full of acne and weird skin

Yeah I've tried icing, but I heard it actually reduces fat in the eye area, which I need for less UEE
