Lowering eyebrows

How much can I lower my eyebrows if they are mid set (i think?), im using minoxodil as I trimmed my eyebrows by like ~3mm maybe more maybe less and they still havent grown back. and is there other ways to lower eyebrows without surgery such as brow ridge growth? Is it over for me

yes but does that work long term? like is it something where the muscles will become sort of flexed while unflexed or is it just that I will get used to having them like that 25/7?
