What you're conflating is high set eyebrows being suboptimal and high set eyebrows breaking your "harmony". For males that have properly developed, big orbits and wide faces a more high set eyebrow shape would be beneficial and you can see that is the case with the 2nd guy. 3rd guy also has orbits similar to this, but his eyebrows are low set and they break the harmony of the eyes. 4th guy doesn't have orbits and skull width like that, his eyebrows are high set and they're not bad but he'd probably benefit with them being slightly lower. 5th one does have eyebrows that are somewhere in the middle of being high and low set, imo slightly higher would benefit him again due to how his orbits and skull are wide. 1st and 6th examples are low set eyebrows combined with poor eye area. You can clearly see that they're bad, they don't even fit and you can see what I mean when I say they're feminine. It all boils down to shape and thickness anyways. Why do you think women pluck their eyebrows and try to make them lower?
