Lowering hairline with minoxidil

I want to lower my hairline by about 1-2cm. If I apply minoxidil on it every day, is it possible for my hairline to get lowered? or is it just genetic. It already worked a bit with my widows peak. thanks

no it doesn't grow hair on places there's never been hair to begin with, it only makes existing hair thicker and might wake up sleeping follicles.

Minoxidil only works to increase density in existing hair areas. You might notice thin baby hairs in lower areas, but it won't create a full hairline.
