Lowering only the septum to make the philtrum look shorter

In most noses, the septum ends around where the alar bases of the nose ends.
If we lower the septum only(its actually call the apex), I think it will make the philtrum look shorter without needing to bring the whole nose down.

What surgery can accomplish this?

Lip lift is all you need. They actually cut your philtrum shorter.

it can be manipulated by augmenting this area with cartilage that you steal from the septum back inside the nose (where you don't need it). It's commonly done with Rhinoplasties.

also you know if theres a surgery that can make the cheekbone thinner vertically? i was reading you said something about contour on lookism

In some cases I suppose it could be done but this wouldnt be a nice reproducible procedure you could apply to anyone
since this thread i havent actually seen anyone irl with that nose. maybe this is just good in drawing but isnt real irl.
