So this kinda sounds stupid, and I have no reason to suspect my prolactin is high due to zero symptoms of high prolactin or health problems , but I do know that a low prolactin can help with testosterone, libido, and overall energy throughout the day. I'm already f around 15-16% bodyfat which isn't lean but its a healthly bodyfat (trying to get leaner) since bodyfat increases prolactin. But as in supplements I'm taking 50 mg of p5p for the increase in dopamine synergy which directly decreases prolactin levels, 9 mg boron to decrease SHBG to increase Free test, and creatine to boost DHT (I know DHT is cope after puberty but I'm still 16). Lmk if this is a cope supplement stack with minimal benefits, or something that can actually be quite effective.
