I’m bottom 1 percentile in math but my iq was tested at 110-119 while getting IEP thing again. What do you think

One kid in my IVY class all he had to do was see a new formula
and he would automatically know every application inverse, replication and derrivative of that formula
he would never read the text outside of answering the mandatory homework/assignments

idk thats pretty weird, im around the same iq range and I always was like the second best in my class in math.
