Im somewhere around 13-15% bodyfat right now, im trying to gain muscle at a sustainable pace while still being lean and looking good, i feel like i could still make noticable gains while dropping down a little bit. about 160 lbs what would yall recommend i cut down to while still maintaining gains/hormone/energy levels ?
