Front profile of the nose is fucking bloated like fucking crazy. Can literally like feel the water in my cheeks. I weigh like fucking 56kg why do i have like 3-4kg of fucking waterweight. I take 80mg of furosemide and flush out like 3kg. What the fuck. I am not trying to take furosemide to cuck my health since im not going out anymore, but I cant with waking up and seeing my giga bloated schnozer. Ffs
Im on accutane btw so that may be the reason, but its fr ridiculous. Like a week ago I was waking up mogging, thin as fuck nose, same weight i currently am, happy as fuck.
Walking thousands of steps gets rid of it, but it comes back in the morning every fucking time. Why is my health so fucking cucked. I been trying to drink 2L+ of water a day since before i was drinking like 500ml and it came from teas and shit.
