Idk why I just realized this now but even if I manage to ascend I will still have high social anxiety
I got no access to drugs so I will have to do the things that ChatGPT adviced me
for example like doing stuff that I dont wanna do in certain situations
or to intentionally put myself in awkward social situations.
I will start doing shit like this from now on .I hope this will ascend me mentally .
