Lowkey starting to debloat

Still hella chopped but the cheeks starting to look thinner lowkey. It’s not a huge diff so you can’t really tell from the photos but in the mirror it’s noticeable. I think I do look even worse than previous photos tho because I think my eyes look worse

I just been drinking a lot of orange juice I’ve only been doing it for 2 days and haven’t sweat so I still have a lot of sodium in me. But the orange juice I drink has 550:20 potassium sodium ratio

Try to not lower your sodium because you need it instead just raise your potassium alot
