I also don't eat many veggiesYou get carbs from fruits and raw honey. Liver has more nutrients than any vegetable. I eat veggies sometimes but they’re not as important as people think. High quality animal organs have far more nutrients.
Im just trying to say that focusing only on meat might have a few downsides
If you eat/drink diary/honey its a little better
But also eating carb rich foods like pasta or bread isn't too bad. A balanced diet is key to health
