Hey, not a usual poster but I couldn’t seem to find anything(or lack of) loxo-435 related. As far as im imformed is its a growth factor 3 inhibitor, being more precise as targeting the gf 3 pathway than other compounds like tyra or erda. Does anyone know if this compound is cope or could it theoretically work? And, even if it works is it a compound I could even find sourcing for due to its little demand. I doubt anyone would do a height study on loxo-435 but maybe there is one out there.
