It is literal. Htn doesnt mean every girl thinks youre a 6/10. Some girls may find you chad others may rate a 3 within your pheno. So what happens is that a girl thinks my face is chad and combines that w body halo which is why i can get some levels of "chad" treatment

i get what u mean but i look at it different - being called chad by 1 girl increases the probability that you're HTN+. ofc it just might be you're exactly that girls type and its skewed, but the more girls who rate u chad, the less likely it is that you're anything below htn since mtns would rarely be rated chad. so yeah you need plenty ratings.
