It literally saved my life and healed lot of trauma I had, I started to understand the ego defense mechanisms and accepting my toughts I was refusing to accept, lots of hate and greed I had on me now I'm a more chill version like I used to be when I was 16,there was a point in my life where I started to put on a tough guy mask and lot of trauma generated from there
