the idea that hgh definitively "reopens" them is bro science, but it *can* influence bone remodeling and lengthen tissues beyond what's normally possible post-puberty, especially if done in conjunction with other stuff. it's not some magic regrowth but it's not zero effect either, depending on timing and dosage. depends if you're talking about actual epiphyseal plates or just general bone density/structure change.

yeah but none of that will grow you more than a few MILLIMETERS

the only thing that can actually make you "grow" post-puberty is fixing your posture IF it was bad (also obv lifts and LL)

@emir5306 hgh for adults is legit for bone density and stuff, not so much growth plates unless ur a teen. greenguy's right on that part, gotta read the fine print or u'll just be wasting money.

I’m aware of that but I know several people who grew a few inches with LSLJ
