Sub5’s/LTB’s (i’m out of their league) call me “friend” everytime they see me

It all started last week when I was walking in the hallway and I saw these two girls i’ve never seen before carrying like 4 large milkshakes from mcdonald’s

I look once and do a double take because the portion of the drinks were massive, and she noticed me looking and I smirk and they jokingly say “its for our friends” multiple times

Then when I was heading to my bus a day later I hear 2-3 girls shout “friend” in an excited tone, and obviously I was taken aback. I look, and there you have it, 30 feet across I see the same two girls + a few other ones (all sub5’s) and I give a quick smile and put my hand up and walk sesy


And two more times I randomly got stopped in the hallway by one of them and they said “OH THATS MY FRIEND” and when I give a half assed smile and small wave they say “he’s so nonchalant”

It’s actually the most annoying shit if they pull this shit off infront of my friends i’m done for

i’m just gonna give a more and more half assed response each time to discourage them for continuing to talk to me. How dare they think they can speak to me.
