If you have major assymetry + flared ears + bad skin colour + red sclera + acne so bas your face is red + frown lines + balding.
You will look low ltn even with htn harmony

Either way you still didn’t address my point ltn to cl is not impossible if they have failos that can be fixed easily with surgery like bad nose UEE ,badinfras, recessed mandible, big forehead, balding etc which can all be fixed thru surgery obviously for the vast majority of people this isn’t realistic but within a small minority it is
