i looked in the mirror realized i was ugly asf and it gave me the motivation to quit mouth breathing and lose weight. i just made sure my tounge was pressed firmly against my palate throughout the entire day. in my case atleast i don’t believe my bones were ever truly recessed severally, just hidden by a high body fat percentage and terrible posture.

me personally i’d recommend just going to the derm and getting it, i would be surprised if indiamart just nutted in capsules then sent you it. even if real your risking shitty india manufacturing and synthesis which could leave all types of heavy metals and residual solvents.
