Because HTN Asians usually have more eurocentric leaning features (wider pfl, straighter narrower noses, lighter skin, lower set brows, etc) but aren't fully European. So basically, they are a nerfed white guy. They try to do everything the white man does but infinitely worse.
Meanwhile LTN Asians are so fucking alien looking and are visually a completely different species, they don't try to imitate a "white" look. A girl who is attracted to a HTN Asian would definitely be more attracted to a mtn White, but some blind retard girl who likes the way an Asian LTN looks probably doesn't have eyes for a white mtn
