Lol, it's probably a scam, real modelling agencies don't recruit from the streets, fake ones do it and they put you to pay for modelling courses, they set up some fake "fashion shows" and they promise you contracts and money making opportunities, but these never come, in Romania this used to be once big business - around 10% of the young people went to these modelling courses and claimed they were "models".
