Overrate. He does not need genioplasty, his chin is projected. He just has a deep labiomental fold. Meaning his chin is vertically short. If he wanted to make his chin vertically longer, he could get a intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty, but I assume you said genioplasty because his chin looks recessed via the deep labiomental fold.

He's facially lhtn with his lower third and cpr being the only major flaws. You're totally correct about the type of genioplasty that can increase his lower third height

I dont get whats wrong with my lower third is it too big?

I swear you would have been rated way higher if you asked earlier this year or the last year it just keeps getting worse with the underrating bs
 
Na i think mtn range is good for me, my teeth arent that good, i got recessed infras and my chin projection is too short... also my forehead is big

Alr i will give it a try tho. Do you know the frequency? Like daily?
 
Alright i will just do once and if i have the time i will fit in a second time. So i will try 2-3mins each area (zygos, mandible and chin) every morning
