Might be lens distortion, but if not, you can grow out hair on the sides and hypertrophy masseters (chew gum) to help reduce the appearance of it. Any kind of top heavy hairstyle like you have currently will amplify the look of a longer face. Just don't overdo the chewing because you can potentially develop TMJ if you do it a ton.

My face is very bloated too so I think that’s also why my fwhr unideal
