Shave, he needs to have bigger eyelashes to cover up the brutal UEE so try castor oil, curling them and if it doesn't work minox on them, eyebrows could be thicker and darker too. There are also some skin imperfections so he can try shit like tret. Also volufinine could make his eyes be more hooded
