LTN to CL eye area through dye and grooming eyebrows

Before, about 2023, pretty poor eye area, broke out between my eyebrows a lot, asymmetrical

Also please note this camera angle gives me NCT, so keep that in mind

Ur eyebrow settedness got quite a bit lower its def more than what u said; did u do anything for this and also for under eyes?
