You might be right but i also thinks its caused by lens distortion cause when i look in the mirror my eye are better

youdneed canthoplast/pexy for your left eye from your pov if its not a skeletal problem and then you could be a MMTN with a bit of skincare

but ur eyes are more open id say which can be fixed with lower eyelid retraction and ptosis but u could see on xray first
