some guys are stuck at ltn level because of their laziness, literally losing fat and getting better haircut can ascend them to mtn level, meanwhile they are also guys that wont make it past ltn level without surgeries, mainly because of lack of bonemass/recessed jaw/ terrible eye area but its pretty obvious
