anyone feel the same?

whenever l go to the gym and come back, l feel hungry tbh

Lifting makes me very hungry. I do heavy sets and high-rep drop sets either to or close to complete muscular failure six days a week. My routine resembles medieval torture in some places. Often, my stomach will start making noise either halfway or two thirds into the session, and sometimes, it'll do so before I even begin. And this is when I'm not dieting.
 
That’s a good thing. Your body wants to replenish the energy it burned to avoid using fat basically
 
just eat healthy foods to feed your muscles. Chicken and veggies. As long as your below a certain amount of calories you won’t gain fat/weight
 
Gym just gives you excuse to eat like a pig
