I can lucid Dream every Night and I do it. I can do whatever it want and I feels real. Its mostly a Story where I can decide what I do Like a Video game.
Sometimes I have Adventures
Sometimes I have sex
Sometimes I kill woman
Sometimes I am in agartha

It also feels very real. And I can remember some Parts After Waking up

You have to achieve a clear mind over the Day. Dont think negative, dont insult dont be with negative people. Achieve high frequenzy.

listening to subliminals worked for me you just really have to believe and also getting enough sleep is important. This is what i listen to 2x before i sleep
