I used to do it but I got scared, not bc it’s like scary idk how to explain it, to lucid dream just sleep on ur back and close ur eyes right, but don’t shut your mind off if ykw i mean, like just lay there and look at the patterns you see, like all the diff colors and stuff, and just lay there, then you will start to feel ur body vibrating, then you will hear voices, or see things, like full on seeing things, then you will enter what ever you are thinking about, whether that is something like hell or a rainbow

It’s either easy or do or hard, depends on the person.

For me it was hard, I got the hang of it eventually being consistent, feels super real but gotta be careful that shit can consume you.
