I just read a guide for lucid dreaming. Its very interesting. I could rape foids in my dreams with no consiquenses. Im just thinking that how realistic is it actually. Is it actually like real life and do you remember it when you wake up or do all the youtubers exaggerate it. Is it worth it?

You spend 1/3 of ur life sleeping, if you somehow manage to lucid dream every night (REM sleeping being 20% of your whole sleep), you could do whatever you want for 6.7% of ur life (1/3*0.2)
Really worth it tbh
