(Water is wet for many) You want a group of your friends who look decent to be out and about and run into a group of girls at a farmers market/bar/houseparty/ski resort and hopefully there's a girl you click with or single out as compatible with you. You make some good conversation with this girl about herself and the stuff you have in common, maybe tell 1 cool story about yourself, then as things wrap up you ask for her number and see if she wants to get a coffee. Most basic game but it works if you max out the amount of these senarios you are in. I am 2/3 personally with this method.
