Lumify didn't work. Idk what to do now

Well the lumify drop didn't fix my eye redness, just fucking made my vision more blurry and made my eye ache, I mean what did I expect my redness isn't from irritation its from scarring but I guess now I have the choice of saving money for eye whitening surgery that has high chance of severe effects or wear an eyepatch.

Why are your eyes red in the first place, what kind of irritation?
