Lump on my left nipple

I think i have gyno but only on my left nipple. Its like a weird mass under it. Should i be concerned i thought gyno was on both nipples.

some people have gyno in only one nipple so its whatever
maybe u had gyno in both but cuz of puberty ones already gone and the other should be gone soon
if not then save up for surgery AIs are cope if you already have gyno

I got the same on my left nipple at 14 then on my right nipple at 15 its unnoticeable unless i really look for it tho
