Lumps on armpits

Ever since 3 months ive been getting lumps on my armpits, they hurt and are pea sized.Im pretty sure its from my deodorant (i use dove men) vuz when i stop using deodorant for 2/3 weeks they go away.But i dont want to be a smelly fag so i use deo. Google says theyre Swelled lymphatic nodes.

They appear non stop and some times get to a half an egg size.
What can i do? The deodorant options here arent good, and as for ingredients dove is the best i can get in my country.

Swollen Lymph nodes on their own are rarely cancerous, if he has other symptoms of cancer then it’s worrying. I had them appear when i got corona and they never left, i’ve never experienced any other symptoms though. They can stay enlarged
