Its hard to tell specific reasons. Face/skull is a complex structure and every millimeter of it matters.

"Eye area is good, bones are bad, skin is mid, coloring is fine, ... ratio/angle is good" like reasonings are kinda pointless. Its basically harmony or whatever you prefer to say. Somehow you get it but cant tell why.
