Ahh cool, i also remember someone saying Krill Oil (contains astaxanthin) is better source than normal astaxanthin, is it true? And did androgenic make a vid on astaxanthin?

Yes you can take both.
Astaxanthin is very very very stronger than licopen if its about antioxidant. But lycopene is important for prostate and heart.

I have tried it and gotten impressive results after a one month loading phase. The stack
100mg beta carotene + 10mg astaxanthin + 20mg lycopene (dropping to 50mg beta carotene which I'll stay at indefinitely)
I look noticeably much more tan and warm toned
