I take it w beta carotene. I see the orange but idk about the red. Just take both

edit been taking for over a year now. Results are the same after the first 2 weeks

Maybe. I dont think lycopene does any harm unlike beta carotene. So should be fine.

Depends on how developed u r. If u think u have some more dick, height, frame, voice etc to grow, then I don't recommend it. U can never predict for ages like 17-20, it isn't young enough to ensure growth and old enough to ensure u dont have growth
