If you're 5'9" and say you're 5'10" or 5'11", then you're pathetic and insecure.

Wrong. Girls and guys can sniff out differences easily. I've told people I'm 6'4" and they've said "you look tall for 6'4"". This is coming from guys who are significantly shorter than me and can still tell. What makes you think girls can't identify that as well? Not only can they tell the difference, but lying about it will only prove to them that you're insecure about it and lower their perception of you.
Lying about your height is the same as a girl with a B cup telling you she's a D cup. It doesn't raise her SMV to you at all, and just proves she's insecure about it so you can always use it against her. The only valid fraud is something that actually changes people's perception such as pushup bras. In the case of height, some 2 inch lifts are enough to change your height without fucking up your proportions.
