I have a swollen lymph node, it takes away from the jawline on the right side of my face. Is lymph node removal surgery worth considering and will it increase the look of my jawline or is it all within genetics and hyoid?

very very late but everyone has lymph nodes and they are important for the body. if they are swollen (due to inflammations like acne), look into lymphatic drainages and bodily inflammatory responses regarding lymph nodes.
