not some expert take just saying what i noticed.
people online talk about lyrica like it’s some study hack so i was curious. it’s actually prescribed for nerve pain/anxiety, not focus. when i tried it (actual prescription) it didn’t make me grind schoolwork or anything.
it just made me calmer. like less stress about assignments, less overthinking. which can help if anxiety is what blocks you, but it’s definitely not adderall-level focus. if anything sometimes i felt a bit too relaxed to care about studying lol.
so yeah it’s more “chill brain” than “study boost.” using it as a learning enhancer is kinda missing the point, and messing with meds without a doctor is just risky.
