im around 25% i think, i got to the gym around 5 times a week but other than some sports at school don't do any sports outside ofschool. How do i lose weight as I feel like ive been eating quite healthily and hitting the gym a lot but still quite fat. is there a specific cardio excercise method like sprinting i should do?
