imo you dont need any of this , but if you really wanna reach your full potential i would say go for it . test at puberty is a really good idea but you can fuck up your endocrine system

deine clavicles sind nicht narrow aber A niemals 25 cm lang , B sie verlaufen nach unten wie ein Kleiderbügel das nennt sich winged scapula , hängt aber auch mit der position deiner schulterblätter enorm zusammen .Dein Frame ist deathtier das ist nunmal so .
Wenn du planst mehr in breite zu gehen werden die Schultern noch schlimmer aussehen kannst ja bodybuilder anschauen die derart probleme haben als vergleich .
