I want bone growth and muscle growth, I have good harmony and features etc but my lower third is absolutely horrid because of my bite (planning on getting it fixed with shwarts expander and Mse cuz both arch is narrow) and my chin is cooked.

you should ideally be injecting daily no matter the ester. prop if you want to saturate faster, better for titrating down/up as the half life is short.
